Who We Are

 

Justin M. Daake

Justin was born and raised in South Central Nebraska. He attended Elm Creek High School, and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.  After college, Justin graduated with Dean's Honors from the Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas. Justin has clerked for the United States Attorney's Office, the Shawnee County District Attorney's Office, and the Criminal Appellate Advocacy Clinic at Washburn Law.  

Justin is passionate about serving the interests of rural families, farmers, and businesses.  He understands the concerns of his small-town clients and offers a diversified practice to meet the broad needs of the community.  Justin is licensed to practice before the Nebraska Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska, and the Executive Office of Immigration Review.

 

In his spare time, Justin enjoys kayaking, camping, and Cornhusker football. Justin serves on the Board of Directors for GROW Nebraska, Phelps/Harlan County CASA, Good Samaritan Society - Alma Advisory Board, and the Alma Parrot Theatre Board.  He lives in Alma with his wife Jaclyn, their three foster sons, one dog, and two cats.
